Hello, I'm Roni Leah
Hi, I’m Roni Leah - and that handsome man is my Husband & best friend Charles.

I’ve been behind the chair for over 25 years, and what I do goes far beyond just hair. I specialize in what I call Creative Chemistry—blending science, artistry, and intuition to create color and cuts that feel like you.

Every appointment starts with intention. I look at your skin tone, your hair’s natural texture and density, your lifestyle, and how much maintenance you actually want. From there, I create something completely customized—so your hair doesn’t just look beautiful when you leave, it stays wearable and aligned with your everyday life.
Most of my guests come to me when they’re ready for something more… more dimension, more confidence, more them. Whether it’s a full blonding transformation, a soft dimensional refresh, or simply maintaining what you already love, my goal is always the same:

I want you to leave feeling confident, refreshed, and truly seen.
Outside the salon, I’m a wife, a mom of three, and a grandma to six—so I understand how full life can be. I’ve created a space where you can relax, be taken care of, and trust that you’re in experienced hands.
If you’re ready for a personalized, luxury experience that’s built around you, I would love to have you in my chair.
Our Story
For more than 25 years, Roni Leah has worked as a professional colorist in the hair industry, mastering what she calls Creative Chemistry to design beauty that reflects both individuality and confidence. As a married mother of three and grandmother of six, she understands that life is layered, evolving, and deeply personal. That perspective shapes the way she approaches every client who sits in her chair.
Roni’s expertise goes far beyond applying color. With a deep understanding of chemistry, tone theory, structure, and light reflection, she thoughtfully blends science and art to create fully customized color and cut transformations. Every formula is intentionally crafted around a client’s lifestyle, hair type, skin tone, maintenance goals, and personal expression. She studies the undertones of the skin, the density and porosity of the hair, and the daily rhythm of a client’s life before ever mixing a bowl. The result is not just beautiful hair, but a look that feels aligned, sustainable, and authentic.

Her goal has always been simple and powerful: when a client leaves her chair, they do not just look different. They feel renewed. Confident. Seen. She believes hair is never just hair. It is identity, self-expression, and sometimes the beginning of a fresh chapter. That is why her transformations are known for being both technically precise and deeply personal.

Beyond the salon, Roni is also an author, singer, and songwriter whose creative work centers on spiritual awakening, healing, and personal growth. Her artistry behind the chair flows seamlessly into her storytelling and music, where she weaves together science, soul, and lived experience. Whether through a color correction, a written page, or a lyric sung from the heart, her passion is helping people rediscover the beauty already within them.

Roni is married to Charles Rogers, her husband and partner in both life and mission. Charles serves as the Manager of Katy Quick Lube at 1111 KatyLand Drive, Katy, TX 77493. He is also the President of The Well of SomeArea, the nonprofit he and Roni founded together this year, where Roni serves as Vice President. Their shared vision is to rebuild community through shared meals, worship, practical support, and real connection. Their goal is to create spaces where people feel known, supported, and strengthened in faith and everyday life.

In addition to his leadership roles, Charles is an expert welder and fabricator who applies his craftsmanship to custom metal work and restoring Mustangs alongside his son. He is also an avid skateboarder who believes movement, creativity, and faith all belong in everyday life.

Together, Roni and Charles build everything they do around family, service, creativity, and faith. Whether in the salon, at the shop, at The Well, or at home surrounded by children and grandchildren, their heart is the same: to create environments where people feel valued, empowered, and inspired to step fully into who they were created to be.
