When the struggle became real

First off, let us express how much we LOVE and truly appreciate all of our guests. You all have become like family. The Lord has revealed so much to us in these last 2 years and the blessings are beyond incredible. This is not a gloat but an Expression of Faith.

We realized today, 4/1/2021, just how much we value and really enjoy the quality time we get to spend at work with each one of you. We LIVE to make you smile! It makes our careers totally worth it...

We absolutely love the DEEP but light-hearted conversations that reside within the walls of our little Salon. In order to accommodate the space we have and operate more efficiently there will need to be few changes in the way our business is structured.

Let us explain:

In order to maintain high quality service and the Zen type atmosphere we are known for we realized we need to upgrade everyone's experience. Chaos creates Chaos and we need nothing but GOOD VIBES & Constant gratitude in our little haven at Creative Chemistry.

**There will NO LONGER be double booking in the Salon until we are able to get more space #futureplans. All appointments will be one on one as much as possible. At times there may be an assistant helping with services. Also, if there is ever a need to double an appointment...please understand that we have determined it is warranted.

**Sometimes family members or friends prefer appointments together. This will be allowed but only by request. **

Effective April 15th, ALL OUR Chemical Services will include a haircut to finish the look. Also, prices on these services will be adjusted.

NO NEED TO BOOK THIS AS AN EXTRA SERVICE

Please understand this is the best solution we can manage for our business, our family, and our own sanity. Thank you all for being amazing!!!
